    Sennheiser HD 518 is often advertised on here on discount sales. Very good value headphone.

  AKG K450 is pretty good too. Had one and loved it. The only thing is the ear muff sits on your ear, not cover your ear so after a few hours of listening, it kinda hurt. Otherwise sound wise is really impressive.

      Personally I'd prefer the easier to drive ones anyway.

        If you have a proper amp, go for the 600ohm. Otherwise 250ohm should do just fine.

      No, almost everybody in Germany can speak English (people older than 60 might not be but all businesses, and certainly the people at Amazon speak English and are willing to correspond with you in English!) So, no problem. Just try it - nothing to lose.
