Yes, but don't expect 100% clean finish, final round with Bic is still required, though it becomes bit less hassle. Been using for 3 years as i couldn't find replacement blades and it's still going strong.

I have one of these and it's not very good. Clogs, doesn't cut well, is just garbage.
Try manscape or the offering from beard and blade.
I didn't return it because I thought I'd be greeted with 'we can't return personal care products'

I have had this for about 2 years, got it for $45. The first shave is probably the tough one. I still get the occasional cut, if I don't pay attention to my nuts. Can get messy with the cut. You can remove the blade and clean it out. So not sure about the clogging, which others have experienced. I had the 7000 series, which lasted about 4years. Thats a probably a better buy, if price was not an issue.
Wish they still included the back extension thingy with the aussie stock.
FYI absolutely ball and shaft safe. Been using these for years. A nick or two on the odd occasion. Hurts for like a second.
