    Warning!! I booked 3 return trips with Jetstar. They keep rescheduling each of them multiple times.

    It's hard to keep track. I have to check my booking to ensure when exactly.

    Just returned from Japan. Took 4 separate flights with Jetstar. 3 were late between 90 and 120 minutes. We were lucky to not have missed our connections. To be fair on the 2-hour delay they gave us refreshment vouchers to the value of $16 per person.

      I had a 24 hours delay for a 9 hours trip to Japan on last Christmas day (technically it's a cancellation but they sent another aircraft next day to complete the same flight outside schedule). They did provided accommodation, transfer and $30/pp for meals for everyone that are not living locally though.

          my condolences brother, but I agree wholeheartedly. Not ideal to pick Jetstar if VA/REX are around the same price. Unless JQ is the only option for that destination.

    Jetstar are a disgraceful organisation. I'd rather gouge my eyes out than go through the pain of traveling with them again!

    Wanna see how dodgy Jetstar is? Go through the booking process for a specific destination on specific dates, go through to the seat selection screen. Go no further. An hour or two later you will get an email offering you a great discount on those dates you were going to book. The discount doesn't exist, if you click the link you will be prompted with the same prices. Customer service literally laughed at me when I said this was deceptive marketing and I would make a complaint with the ACCC.

      I've had this too! Same with their sale fares being significantly more expensive than their normal fares, running only 1 fare at a price point (so if you book for 2 you need to shell out a lot more only for the next day the price to go back to the first price point) as well as passive-aggressing and using guilting language on their emails leading up to your flight.
