My Muscle Chef: 25% Cashback @ ShopBack

120

Hello all,

Self explanatory. Saw someone post about 15$ off for 100$ spend and checked MMC out.

Got a pop up for 25% cashback via shopback.

Stacks with 20$ off first order using code SB20.

Could someone give me recommendations which meals are good. I have only really liked their Crumbed Chicken thus far.

  • I like the pastas and the seafood mornay the most (along with crumbed chicken)

understand for those who don't want to cook but these meals are not as healthy as they are made out to be and contain quite a few additives if you care about that

    • What additives are you referring to as being bad out of curiosity?

        • +1

Yeah that’s great, but what ones do they actually use in their food????

            • +6

@Irishness: No mate. You’re the one throwing allegations out there. So give us proof or remove your comment.

@Repstar: allegations what is this a kangaroo court I don't have to remove anything

You implied they put chemically made additives in their food that are banned in other countries. So which ones?

also don't misquote me I said I avoid those, nowhere did I say they contained those but if you wanna be pedantic here's some reading for you

That review is actually very favorable and does not support your view. You are just wasting everybody's time here. Posting articles you don't even read yourself.

        • I read it and it does confirm what I had said in terms of additives "The rest did include flavour enhancers, emulsifiers, colours and refined oils, particularly the vegan meals. This was a little disappointing from a natural health perspective." But hey it's OZB so everyones got time to waste just being on here

          • @Irishness:

This was a little disappointing from a natural health perspective

not a health perspective. a NATURAL health perspective.
if you wanna eat organic, you don't buy pre-packaged meals.
pretty sure they don't claim to be organic

I'm a regular customer of MyMuscleChef and take advantage of the Shopback promotions, frequently order boxes of 25 meals at a time (cheaper to order 25 than 24). My favs include: the crumbed chicken, but my go-to for a bulk is the Naked Chicken Burrito Bowl, which has the highest protein/calorie per $$$ value. With a good cashback rate, it can come down to something like $8 per meal which is really good value.

    • do you do them becuase of the body building or loading side? or just as a 'meal' itself to eat?

I take it you've looked into alternatives and one can't find anything as 'nutritious' or healthy in a convenience pack as these as far as bang fro buck goes? And can you shopback it every time there's promos - nott just for new customers?

      • Yes MMC can take advantage of many promos even as an existing customer.

Have tried Youfoodz, MMC, Chefgood, Soulara.

MMC still my favourite although I've seen a few more pop up e.g. Dineamic which I haven't tried yet.

  • Cheers. Jumped on board
