Just received attached email from NAB.

NAB is offering $20 cashback on OnePass annual subscription ($40).

Targeted to NAB customers.

Cashback earned will be credited to the balance of your NAB debit or credit card account and is not redeemable for cash. Offer period commences 18 April 2023 and ends 18 May 2023 (offer period). To qualify for this offer you must have never subscribed to a OnePass annual membership before and successfully subscribe during the offer period. The offer is a $20 credit back on OnePass annual membership of $40 during the offer period using your NAB debit or credit card (offer). The offer is only available to NAB personal debit and credit card customers who received the offer communication (excluding business and corporate cards).
To be eligible for this $20 cashback offer, transactions must be made within the offer dates and settled within 30 days. The cashback will be credited to the NAB personal debit or credit card that was used to make the qualifying transaction(s) within 60 days of the transaction(s) being settled. Please note that the cashback will appear as a separate line item on your statement as “NAB ONEPASS CASHBACK”. The minimum dollar value of the transaction is $40, and customers are only eligible for 1 x $40 credit during the offer period.
The offer does not apply if transaction is made using another third-party establishment or payment processor to which your NAB debit or credit card is connected. This includes (but is not limited to) PayPal, AfterPay, Stripe or Shopify.
This offer is subject to your account being open and not in default for the duration of the offer period. You will become ineligible for the offer if you cancel or replace your NAB debit or credit card at any time prior to the cashback being credited to your card. Acting reasonably, NAB has the right to claw back any credit related to conduct it deems to have arisen out of fraud or willful misconduct. Correct as at 28/11/2022.
NAB reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

      Not sure… Technically, you fall under the T&C of the offer, so i guess you would be eligible for this offer?

      My situation is a bit vague too. I never had the OnePass account, i just created on and opted in for the annual membership. Now, i am on their 30 days free trial, and it seems that the annual subscription will begin on the 18th of May which is the last day of this offer. So i am not sure if i would qualify for this cashback. I wish OnePass allowd me to start the annual subscription during the trial period.

          I just called up to cancel the free trial and go straight onto the paid subscription - was surprisingly very easy!

        I just called them. The free trail also counts. So should be fine as long as you start your free trial within the period.

          Yeah. I was on the same boat and found this on T&C's:
          To be eligible for this $20 cashback offer, the $40 annual OnePass subscription transaction must be made by 18 June 2023 and settled within 30 days.

          Finally received the cashback after the trial ended on the 18th and payment on the 19th May. So, there was no reason to cancel early. :D

    when i click on the link in the email i see the nab affiliation in the address, but when i click on renew as i have an existing onepass account, it goes to my.onepass.com.au, and i don't see the nab affiliation anymore, does it mean it won't track?
