Highly popular deal last time ($29.66) has gotten even cheaper, now at half price!

I ordered the last deal and it took just over 10 days to arrive from the US.

  Never quite understood the 'UI' doses. Always see them range from a couple hundred up to a few thousand. How much is too much and how much is too little?

    Basically under 1000 is too little and over 4000 is too much.

    There are some people who believe 10k+ is fine. This is not yet medic consensus so I would stick to the band above, which is.

    Last I checked there's no evidence that supplementing Vit D actually improves outcomes anyway, so I wouldn't overthink it.

  Just got some delivered Amazon this week. Be aware that the use by is May 24 enforcing other comments. So, if you plan on having 1 a day, they will expire before you use them all. Still cheap though.
