Highly popular deal last time ($29.66) has gotten even cheaper, now at half price!

Also cheaper than iHerb ($30.52).

I ordered the last deal and it took just over 10 days to arrive from the US.

720 softgels @ 5000 IU each. Is that too much or too little? Debate in the comments section below.

Ordered. Mine was undeliverable from the last deal, hopefully it arrives this time

  • Never quite understood the 'UI' doses. Always see them range from a couple hundred up to a few thousand. How much is too much and how much is too little?

    • IU!

      • IU, my bad.

Basically under 1000 is too little and over 4000 is too much.

There are some people who believe 10k+ is fine. This is not yet medic consensus so I would stick to the band above, which is.

Last I checked there's no evidence that supplementing Vit D actually improves outcomes anyway, so I wouldn't overthink it.

  • If anyone is interested, the ones I ordered from the last deal had 24th May 2024 expiry.

    This is cheaper: https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B08X4V8QMQ?smid=A4XRJ8S0WXSO0&r…

Since you need to take the extra K2 anyways. Beats buying the K2 separately.

  • Just got some delivered Amazon this week. Be aware that the use by is May 24 enforcing other comments. So, if you plan on having 1 a day, they will expire before you use them all. Still cheap though.

  • Just got mine from the last deal. Anyone got a good K2 deal to use with these?
