  • Why would anyone buy these huge drives that only write at 15mb/s?

    Do they only need it for the read performance and write data to the drive very infrequently?

    • Damn man, 15? No wonder no one mentions it.

      • Yeah anytime you see them say super fast READ speeds and not mention write speeds its going to be a dog. Got some fast PNY usb 256gb ones a few years ago and its so nice writing at 80mb/s or whatever vs my other slow ones

        Actually seems the PNY ones are bad also these days dunno whats going on glad I got an older model
