    I haven't had pre workout in a while, but last I checked most the popular ones were 300-400mg a serving lol

      I feel like it is extremely excessive, considering Gorilla mind and prevail (both amazing preworkouts and have had both- they don't include as much as this) this is f fair bit, for anyone that has been training for a while, this isn't something that would be considered, looking at the ingredients also.

        Okay so basing off your personal experience.. in my experience I need 300-400mg and thats since day one.
        Yes its excessive for you, but not for everybody
