  not my preferred vitamin d. the tablet breaks down in your mouth quite quickly if you have water at the same time leaving powdery taste.

  so are using the capsule type ones instead.

  may be different for you, but that's just my experience.

  This are good tiny tablets and very easy to swallow. Have been taking for over a year and my vit D have gone up significantly.

  I can understand the need for this in winter but you only need 3mins/day in the summer sun to get the recommended dosage of vitamin D. 30mins/day in winter. a single tablet is 5x the adult daily recommendation. would be better off getting a multivitamin with a smaller dosage of everything
