$3 profit is the minimum standard nowadays 😜

  • How many times can you do this if you did it on previous deals?

    • +4

I have been doing it over 30 times and still working.

However, there was a period of 20 odd days that I couldn't make a purchase.

Secondary income from cashbacks I like it!

Epic! I thought I was pushing it with 10 in the last 4 months.

Can you use this for a recharge? Or do I have to port out and back?

    • +1

      Nah. New service each time.

  • Does boost get good coverage?
Where i am i seem to get better coverage with my felix sim (felix uses Vodafone network) than i do with amaysim (optus network) but ive never tried anything running on a telstra network.

    • Every mobile network has its own blind spots, but overall speaking, Telstra network has the biggest coverage areas.

  • Thanks, gave this a go.
I used to use Kogan similarly, just getting a new sim every month, but there are no current Kogan vouchers.
Kogan is a bit safer because it is just free, no cash back involved, but Kogan changed their rules recently and now one can not switch off auto recharge without cancelling the service which makes the whole experience hard.

    • now one can not switch off auto recharge without cancelling

I thought you can switch it off by calling them? Just can't DIY by logging in to your account.

You can switch it off by calling them, it will stop your service immidiately though. And before one was able to swtich auto recharge off without afficting one's service.

  • Price increase is coming July
