Dates: 23rd of April from 6pm to 11:59pm or until fully redeemed
Opt-In Cap: 2500

    Is Premium Beauty category on Amazon included? A lot of people are asking for confirmation in the other deal.

      Hey mate, unfortunately not, Premium Beauty is considered it's own category on Amazon, and they've only upsize the Beauty category. Premium Beauty has 0% Cashback rate currently, but can still be purchased to redeem this particular Bonus.

          Amazon and eBay are special cases for this rule, all other retailers will invalidate Cashback on purchase for 0% categories, but Amazon and eBay are set up in a way to circumvent that.

I'm just referring to the fact that your subsequent transactions in that same subscription will not be eligible for Cashback, as only the transaction made after clicking through from ShopBack will be eligible.

      Hey mate, Amazon have a tracking window of 4 day, and is done in batches typically in the morning and the evening. I typically find the tracking comes in the following evening, or the morning after that, but again, could take up to that 4 day window to come through.

      Hey mate - nevermind actually! So I've taken a closer look at this issue and can see what's caused some tracking failures. Our team is able to take a look at this and rectify it automatically on the back end. Should get this fixed up before the end of the day tomorrow.
