$99 feels so hard to swallow when Telstra had them at $40 and mailed everyone out twice what they ordered, effectively making them $20 a pair.

Not that they aren’t worth $99, but that Telstra deal was something else.

F me! How did I miss this? I have brought shame to the ozb community

  • And at the google store with free delivery plus get 10% back in credit if you have Google One membership.

  • These really dont fit my ears comfortably, even with the smallest rubbers, they tend to push themselves out

Ears are funny. These fit me perfectly but airpods fall out.

Was about to say as well, these are the only earbuds that ever stayed in my tiny ear canals. Got the new Buds Pro and they made them slightly bigger, so don't fit, so annoyed by that…

      Probably try without the condom

  • OW wouldn't price match these as they are currently $98

Pay an extra $50 for the pros they're well worth the upgrade

    • Except they're $200 more.

Optus has them for $150 at the moment

        • Pricebeat at OW to pay $142.50

          • @Kamppinator: Nope they wiggled out of that saying you need to be an Optus "member"

But again they were sold out pretty quick so OW won't beat

Nope they wiggled out of that saying you need to be an Optus "member"

Really? When did they say that? I bought a pair from that deal yesterday and haven't had any such response back. In fact the money was taken from my account and I received an order confirmation email shortly after.

            • @M00Cow: I received my Pixel Buds this morning. So they definately didnt wiggle out of it, and Im not an Optus customer at all nor entered a customer ID on checkout.

        • Been out of stock since mid-morning yesterday. Or was only available for an hour or so

@M00Cow: Came back in stock for most of yesterday and was still in stock when I posted the comment this morning.

            • @brawndo: Strange was out of stock when i checked mid yday, yday arvo & evening, when i posted my initial comment and now.

@M00Cow: That's quite possibly the unluckiest timing, the buds went back in stock in between the 3 times you checked. They came back in stock at around 4pm for a few hours, then at night were available for a few more hours. I checked again at 1am last night and there were still a few pairs left.

  • Are these good

    • Not bad for $99, might be lacking a few features you can get from other brands at this price point though, worth a look around first.

The soundcore space A40 is a better buy. I saw it selling for $97 on Amazon

Same price on the Google store. Not really a deal, especially when you can/could get the pro for $150 or less
