Doesn't say y its factory 2nd. Personally a ding on the outside and refurbished make a difference. Otherwise I could b tempted into some. If only I didn't just buy a hifi:)

Agreed. They should categorised factory 2nd in more detail for example between refurbished/reworked, customer return, carton damaged, to say the least…

i agree with you..factory 2nd is a very unspecific term..they should atleast tell why its factory 2nd..aslo does factory means "samsung" factory or just any repair workshop?

      Check their site : http://www.2ndsworld.com.au/what-factory-2nd
Appliances in perfect working order, they may have a cosmetic blemish, be factory reworked, an ex display model, or just have a 'tiny ding' incurred during transit.

      IMO, Mostly factory reworked

      • thats what makes the difference, id rather a cosmetic blemish/factory(samsung) reworked/refurb to an ex display model, they can be on 24/7 for months at a time and a tiny dinig could mean something internally is damaged and cause a dry joint in the future

  • Delivery kills the deals on fridge, $200+ to vic

  • dvd player looks good

Most of the TV's are only $30-$40 cheaper than a brand new one at Big Brown Box, not much of a deal on those, especially as the are "seconds"…
