        I don't go to WW often unfortunately, so I'm not good with Rewards & Flybuys.

        It's time consuming, I make more money doing double time than I'd spend trying to save money on something's.

    I've been eating these for a while as I really can't stand the strong lactose aftertaste of protein shakes. These Musashi bars taste… a little bit like wallpaper paste, I imagine, but it's hard to argue with 45g protein for $3. I mean, shit, I pay $5 for them.

      Agree, I do prefer the rocky road & choc brownies flavours they are atleast decent imo.

        Yes, I agree with these two flavours as well. The salted caramel and cookies & creme ones have a much stronger chemical aftertaste.

        Keep in mind these 45g protien bars are 90grams and ~340 calories, you could eat a cheeseburger.

          Not the same product, it has less than half the protein. Those and the wafer kind are more for geared towards taste.

    These are definitely not worth $6 lol. At 3 dollars maybe. Its pretty low quality protein. They are also pumped with maltitol and glycerol. Don't let the "3 grams carbs" full you. They also have a really chemically after taste.

    Worth noting that there are a lot of protein bars half-price at WW right now including:
    - Musahi
    - Quest
    - Grenade
    - Bsc
    - Crankt

    I've bought a selection as I find it's a nice way to get protein in and satiate a sweet tooth after a healthy meal. Any recommendations across all these ranges? I tried Custard the other day and was pretty impressed by how decadent they are!

      I really like the Grenade ones and the Quest Cookie range. For me, it's mostly a texture and not having a chemical aftertaste.

      From the Grenade line I really like the White Chocolate Cookie and Salted Caramel.

      Those Muscle Nation custard ones are great though

      They do have a decent amount of calories in em but always handy to have em in stock for those sugar cravings.

      Quest bars seem to contain a large amount of fake sweetener and other crap which ruined my guts aswell as other peoples I know.

      I bought 2 boxes and struggled to give them away.

      Maybe an odd one but I found the BSc mint bars, to be my favourite from the range and really quite good - a bit like the Arnots mint biscuits.
