    They are running shoes, depends how far and often you run and on what surface.

    These are a decent mid distance, outdoors (hard surface)shoe, but if you run longer distances or have specific support needs (eg arch, ankle, Achilles) then you will probably need something more specific.

    Fine for treadmills too, but then anything lightweight and relatively well cushioned should be.
