Contact Samsung Support Desk for Samsung Loyalty Voucher if you are using any of the Samsung products already. Usually they provide 15% discount voucher and sometimes 30% if you are lucky.

I got my item recently delivered after a delay of 10 days and multiple follow ups. Online delivery from Samsung is poor with no transparency and reliability, but offers are sometimes too good to ignore when loyalty vouchers are applied.

  • any way to maximise the change of a 30% off voucher?

    how do you prove to them you have a samsung product? Do you just give them a serial number from an old product?

      I had registered the products with my Samsung account and when I provided my email ID, I got 30% OFF loyalty voucher. Based on other comments in forum, voucher is based on goodwill and Samsung support do not ask serial number details to provide a voucher.

    I tried this last week and maybe I was unlucky, but I got asked for serial number. I was offered 15% off any tv or 25% off OLED 2023 release tv. I did ask for 30% and response is below.

    • Yep i got the same thing last time and they said they dont offer 30% on the 75 or 85' Frame TV's.

      I did get a different reply tonight though, they said to email [email protected] to please my case for a discount code.

      Will reply if i hear back. I did register my tv however - so maybe that might get some traction?.

  • I've got 30% discount from Samsung making The Frame 85" priced at $2449. Is it a good price or there are better options on the market with the same screen size and for around the same money?

    • It is the look of the TV you are paying - there are far better screens for the money around I reckon. I have a 2021 75 Frame - Wifey wanted something that wasn't a "normal" looking TV and it rocks. Will not have OLEd or Neo QLED level of picture though

    Today they are telling me they no longer offer vouchers for TVs…. Might have to try again later with different agent

  • Tried for code today via email then they called me back. Spoke to loyalty guy for 15 minutes. Sent a pic of old Samsung tv. I could not get him to give me the 30% best he would do was 15%. Any tips?

      go to the good guys and negotiate? I've read elsewhere they've been happy to discount 25% of Samsung clearance TVs - but of course YMMV depending on the store/staff….

    Please check Samsung online reviews on Product review before you proceed with this purchase. A great deal isn't worth it if it never gets delivered after months of dealing with customer service.

  • Did this deal expire? I’ve been asking them for a loyalty code but they won’t provide…

    • I just spoke to them yesterday, the 30% is no more. Only 15% now. Make sure you got some handy samsung examples to use. I used my SIL's Samsung S23 IMEI lolz
