Samsung The Frame 65" for under $1200. I think it's an all time low but may not be as good as the deals that include the bezel that makes it look like an artwork.

To get this discount you'll need a 30% voucher from Samsung. You can do this by going into chat that's available in the bottom right hand corner and asking there. I got mine 2 weeks ago trying to get a deal on another TV.

Edit: Lots of people complaining about Samsung's delivery window. I've never experienced it but will update people later if I can remember.

Edit 2: Email [email protected] for a voucher instead of live chat. Seems to give better results.

    Be aware — lots of people don't receive their orders for many many many weeks, just google product review samsung online.

      I bought mine off their eBay clearance store and it was supposedly damaged box. They did estimate delivery to be early April and i think this was bought end of Feb. The TV did arrive before end of March and in a new box. Delivery company said Samsung was moving warehouses in Victoria so that might be the reason for all the sales and slow deliveries.

    • They cancelled my order without reason when they were clearing out the old models last time. Would have been nice for at least a sorry no stock message or something.

        Re-ordered the 2022 model (which I preferred for the matte screen) and getting on to 5 weeks and counting with no delivery date.

    • Agree! I placed my order on the 12th of March and I got an SMS this morning saying it was delayed again! The customer service folks are helpful, but something is broken somewhere in their supply chain.

    After reading countless horror stories I wouldn't bother buying Samsung direct

    • I've never had issues with Samsung but I've also never ordered something as large as a TV

          I've had experiences ordering a phone and it came very quickly so no issues for me. I'm going to update the post since so many people have experienced this delayed shipping in the past.

            @BrewerHaHa: Currently waiting for my Frame to arrive. Ordered on 24th March. Received ANC delivery message for the 04th April but never happened as Samsung didn't have the stock in their Melbourne warehouse. Have to wait for a reschedule from Samsung.

          I've had many phones and tablets arrive next-day or the day after. I've also had a fridge that kept getting delayed so I cancelled the order. It took many weeks of waiting to get a refund. I wonder if their smartphone logistics division is separate to their home electrical division.

        In my experience this is quite normal for large companies, especially if the company is not an 'online only' store. These larger, legacy type companies still don't understand the internet, despite Amazon revolutionising the market 20+ years ago. They treat online as a side channel and it shows.

    • I ordered my S23 Ultra, a case, and a Galaxy Watch 5 from them during the preorder window. Got the phone and case within a week. The watch, however, took six weeks to arrive and numerous chat sessions with nice but useless support crew who kept telling me how sorry they were that their warehouse was closed for two weeks straight. Pretty frustrating, it's just lucky that I didn't have a pressing need for the watch and that the phone actually arrived quickly.

    • It's in the original deal post. You can just go into live chat and ask for one there. They normally give 15% or 30% but I had a 30%.

      • Does the loyalty voucher expiry? how long does it expired from the time of you got them for?

        • 1 month, and you have to be specific about what you want.

          They limit the voucher to specific categories depending on what you're looking for.

          So check if there's anything else you're considering and just mention it to them.

    What is the go with that bezel? it might be 65", but about 40% of it seems to be bezel in the photos. Is that what the TV is in real life, or they just picked a stupid photo for it to display in the stock photo?

      It's just the stock photo that they use. It's meant to look like an artwork on display which is why the bezels look huge.

    • I think those are for the Samsung Art thats on the screen… the white area makes it look like the art is on a canvas perhaps

      Not a bezel. That white around the screen is the screen.

      That's the point, it's supposed to look like a painting if you want it to be.

    • This TV is designed to look like a photo/picture Frame. The white border in the image is called a mat board.

    • Give QLED a search, doesn't/shouldn't burn in the way organic OLED does

  • I bought a Samsung galaxy watch 5 from Samsung direct online - they never sent me a band and took a few months to sort out. Kept saying that their logistics accounted for this when packing etc. never again.

      Yea had same issue with the Galaxy Watch 4… The item went missing on delivery but they wouldnt send a replacement for ages.

  • Purchased from ebay recently - constantly rescheduled delivery dates and now awaiting cancellation/refund.

    Cousin bought a Frame direct from their store recently as well - basically same situation.

    Avoid like the plague, at least until their logistics is fixed, which is hell know when.

  • I got this deal few weeks back when they got stock again. It took about 3 weeks to deliver.. a little messy delivery communication but otherwise I'm happy.

    Don't forget to use cashback on samsung store too!

  • I bought this a few weeks ago for the same price. Selected my delivery date for about 2-3 weeks later. Didn’t have any problems with the delivery company in Perth (ANC). They text the day before giving me a 3 hour window (between 9-12). They sent a text 20min before delivery with a gps tracking link of the truck. Thankfully I can’t relate to those who’ve had a bad experience!

  • Ordered my Q60B 75" on 11/03/23 and scheduled to delivery on 21/03/23, waited all day and nobody rang nor show up. And I'm still waiting for delivery.
    I won't recommend to order from Samsung online based on my experience.

  • I ordered my damaged box 75Q series from ebay (Samsung Australia) on Feb 28th. Still has not shipped. You can go to Samsung website and give them your ebay order number and they can look it up.

  • I ordered a Soundbar early Feb and have had shipments delayed, and absolutely 0 communication. The order has been listed as delivered, and I’ve received nothing.
    I call and I’m told they can’t transfer me to the department who is looking after my order.

    I wouldn’t buy from the Samsung store again.

  • It's not the extended wait times that get me. It's the fact that they don't offer tracking numbers in 2023. Without a tracking number I feel like Ace Ventura is delivering it.

    Still Nothing delivered as of today, now waiting for refund. Believe or not Samsung even wants me to return the undelivered tv, not sure how 🤣🤣🤣

    I bought this exact same tv and size from samsung during the boxing day sales, it was delayed in delivery and when it did arrive it died within 2 hrs, had to wait for 4 weeks for a replacement. When the panel was replaced it had light bleed around the bottom, had to get it replaced again…. now it randomly shuts off while you are watching something, and it randomly turns on in the middle of the night. I've had six calls to samsung and they are asking for a video of it randomly turning off… otherwise I will be charged for a inspection - the experience has been pretty poor.

    The original technician that came out said that it is difficult to get the new panel, but if I had bought it from the box stores they would just take it out of their stock.

    Surprised on the hit and miss for deliveries, Ordered a 75" Frame direct from the Samsung website during the Black Friday sales last year and arrived in 4 days.

    Here is my horror story;

    Sent to Samsung

    On 16/03/2023, I bought Samsung QA75QN85BAWXXY at www.samsung.com.au.
    I am disappointed because it arrived on the 23rd of March at my house with a major fault, that being dead on arrival. As noted previously, this TV was set-up by the courier as per installation request by me. The courier explained that the television would not turn on and tried several different power outlets in my apartment. I spoke to Samsung no longer than thirty minutes after installation to let them know of the major fault. They agreed right there and then on the 23rd of March that I would receive a replacement due to a major fault.

    I then confirmed on the 24th of March that a replacement was to be sent to my address and the TV that was not working would be couriered in due course.

    In the evening of the 23rd when I arrived home to inspect my new television, I noticed my power had been short-circuited from the dead television and consequently had food spoilage in two fridges.

    Evidently this NEW product is not of satisfactory quality or fit for the purpose described as it had a major fault out of the box. I do not understand how this was not picked up earlier in testing at your warehouse or QA.

    Since then, I have had numerous calls with your customer service team which have amounted to nearly 5-6 hours over 2 weeks, completely wasting my time and theirs. According to your process, you required a service technician inspect the TV. Whilst on the phone to one of your representatives, they asked that I do some technical support. I plugged an HDMI cable into the back of the television and into my laptop, this did not provide any connection and when taking the cable out of the TV I was electrocuted by the faulty television.

    Your technician then carried out an inspection on the 30th of March. Your technician was in my house for approximately 10 minutes and determined that the TV was defective from factory and had a major fault.

    TV is now out of stock and they will only offer a refund…

    Samsung is quite literally the worst company to deal with for customer support/returns/refunds etc.

    I received a broken 65" on Valentine's Day and told them same day.
    TV is still sitting here in its box because Samsung are so frickin dumb and negligent, they seemingly can't manage a courier to come collect it.

    Weeks of phone calls later, I just filed a dispute with PayPal about it.

  • Tried half a dozen times for the 30% discount and couldn't get them further than 15%, Hit them up about 30% and they said they dont offer it on the online store. Must be targeted.

    I was aiming for the 75 Inch The Frame.

    Just sharing my experience here from Samsung Online. I ordered a Fridge fridge from them back in Feb. Delivery was set for 24th March. Didnt rock up, but status on website was delivered. Rang and spoke to them almost everyday to find out what happened, was promised a call back everytime but nothing happened. Tried escalating this to case manager but they were very reluctant.

    Ended up filing PayPal dispute.

    Ordered from JB yesterday, fridge arrived today.

    I would 100% avoid Samsung Online store. Their customer service is appalling.

      • Yeah - it's in the T&C. If you tried adding a voucher with the bezel, once the voucher is entered, the bezel becomes normal price again.

  • I ordered 65” The Frame tv with 30% discount, had to email: [email protected] request 30% voucher code and supply serial number of current Samsung TV. Paid $1119.30.
    I also got 15% code for a sound bar to use in a separate transaction for the S60B paid $339.15

    Note after I emailed they called me within 10 minutes to offer the above then emailed the codes over.

    Now fingers crossed for delivery on the 1st May, was 17 April but transport company sent an SMS with link this morning to lock in new date.
