    Depends the npr article also confirms where they may help with natural sleep processes late at night by blocking out blue light but not eyestrain. Most screen tech also has this built in nowadays.

    Depends on what you mean - they do as described, block blue light, but realistically you can just download a free program like f.lux to achieve the same effect. Windows 10 and I imagine 11 also have this built in, just go to settings and turn on "night light"

    Gimmick these are totally not needed. Snake oil made popular by influencers. Just like everyone presumes that kale is supposedly great for you, most vegetables have a much higher nutrient density and don’t taste like used gym socks.
