    How long does your cashback normally turn from tracked to confirmed, then payable? It says 4 weeks, but I have a tracked cashback that’s been sitting in pending for 8 weeks.

    Also, a couple of confirmed which just sat there for a couple of weeks not turning into payable

      Hey mate, it can take retailers 1-3 months to confirm their cashback so it could be pending for up to 3 months - could you send us a DM with those that are pending and we can look into them for you? For the ones that have been confirmed, we are just waiting on the retailer to pay us - once we've received their payment, then your transaction status will move to 'payable', where you will be able to withdraw your funds. Let us know if you have any further questions!

    its still an effy site i dont even know if it tracks or not bought from book depository a month back with topcashback and didn't even track sent a support form and still no reply stick to cashrewards and shopback
