I tried one and returned it. The customer service and swappable memory foam pads is a nice touch but I found the medium far too soft and the firm pads were sagging 2 months in. The top layer (the blue pad) bunches up a lot. I also wonder how much these are marked up in price considering they send out costly foam pads for free during everyone’s trial upon request.

Have one and its the best mattress I've had. Been 6 months and no signs of sagging. Originally got it cos my wife wants soft and I need hard. Had to do a few tweaks and I am loving it.
Was one of the tweaks sleeping on the separate mattresses now you have a two pack? Or just getting a new wife?
Tweaks were more about emotional manipulation which was used to (1) undermine her self worth and then (2) make her think that shes weak for sleeping on soft.

My partner got one of these just after the mach ii came out. It's great. Comfy, supportive, and despite having 130 kilos of male sleeping on it for over two years there's no sign of sagging. I decided to get one too about a year after him. It was garbage. Uneven springs and I just sank straight through the foam layers. I don't know if they changed something between now and then or if I just got a dud, but caveat emptor.
