Hey all, know that fly buy bonus points are available after 90 days of activation for new users, however the sweet spot seems to be 100/20 the reason being it is same price as 50/20 @$79 but you get 30000 bonus points rather than 25000 for 50/20 plan. That is $150 in ya pocket and faster speeds

    Would love to sign up to Optus but they have so many ID requirements that stop me from signing up. It's like I'm ordering Alcohol from them.

    My NBN is FTTP. When changing supplier, does the new service be activated on the same port and the old service disconnected at the same time? Or new service will be in a different port and I need to arrange with the old provider to cancel the service?

      When you sign up Optus asks if you want it on a new port. Do this and give yourself a few days leeway before cancelling the original isp. I switch all the time and haven't had any issues thus far YMMV.
