    You're expecting 16GB of RAM in a new laptop for $600? Even if you did at that price you'd have to compromise on a lot.

      To be fair the Catch description does say 8MB RAM which is "a little" on the low side …

        It's "$1300" not $1300 lol. Even if Catch didn't inflate RRPs, so was the Apple iMac in late 2012. It's not going to sell for that any more.

      The main issue is that 8GB is barely useable these days once you need to load up a web browser.

        Disagree, 8GB is fine for basic tasks such as web browsing, video playback/streaming and word processing. Of course it helps to have a higher specced desktop to do any heavier tasks though like I do but 8GB can be manageable

  Not worth the $1300 price tag but for $600 it's decent can uphrade your own ram and ssd for around $200.
