    Of course these things are inefficient. You're heating air in an open outdoor space! It's like heating your home with all the windows open. Unless you live in an area where you can get free firewood, no matter which way you look at it it's going to cost you $$$ to use electricity, gas or wood to stay warm. Cheapest option is to wear the right clothes. I plan to use mine occasionally for parties so I got the pyramid one which gives ambiance and lighting with it's tall flame.

      I think that one sold out so no longer sold by catch themselves. All the outdoor heaters are around 200 bucks or more at bunnings. Bunnings sell similar one for $229

    Great offer. Put one on order a few hours ago….wonder if it will come through?? Used charcoal and fire starters recently and the cost at the end of the day was huge. This one says it burns 9 hours on 9KG gas cylinder so that looks cheap to me.

    Good morning all. Is anyone else being refunded due to lack of stock?

    I placed my order for the electric radiant heater and the stainless steel gas heater. I can see that one is still listed as available via Catch and the other is now through a third party. Hence, I have asked if the cancellation is solely due to only one item being able to be fulfilled (the one still selling with Catch).

    I am curious if others are in the same boat.

      Yes, ordered the Pyramid heater and a cover on the 15th - the cover has been shipped but they refunded the heater today due to no stock. Told them I didn't want the cover without the heater - waiting to see if that gets refunded as well, although I don't have my hopes up

    Just had the 2400w Optimum heater delivered today. Already installed and it works great in our outdoor space (5x4m enclosed with patio blinds).

    Very happy with the price. Noticed this has gone back up again.

        Not good to hear. Mine was dispatched 2-3 days after ordering and arrived next day (same state as the warehouse in Vic).
