          Check the liqourland closest to the Coles store you're picking up. If the liquorland has stock, you're in luck.

        Cancelled the beer - no stock message. Went to pick up the wine had a quick look. Plenty of stock! Asked the guy what's the deal? Said oh yeah we just got a supply in. WTF. Called Coles online support they gave me a $15 voucher.

      Lots of cancellations based on comments.

      My history with Coles Online (liquor) is that they subtract the full price of the cancelled item from the discounted total.

      E.g. So I'd expect my Reeftip Spiced Rum ($45) + Deeds slab ($20) to go from total $65, 20% off $52, to subtracted Deeds slab ($20) if cancelled final $32.

      The Reeftip has a RRP $70 and not much less at other stores, so should work out a good deal 🤔

    I ordered two slabs, the order went through but on the day they said there was only enough stock for one. The transaction is still pending, they haven't actually refunded the other slab yet.

    The beer is nice. Very strange deal.

    Update: after placing around 7 orders over the course of a week I finally collected one slab. They never went out of stock in my area, despite all the cancelled orders.
    Persistence pays 🤣
