Not that good. Bit useless tbh.

    Cheap plastic

I mean the trimmer costs less than a cup of coffee. I think you need to adjust the quality expectations a bit.

      • +3

The price is about right for what you get, but the question is whether it's worth having.

        • +2

As I said, it's less than a cup of coffee to get it delivered and try it out. Use it as a spare, leave at a mates/partners place, chuck it in a bag etc. Maybe you'll find you don't even need anything more than this.

            @pennypincher98: I don't drink coffee - water is free.
Better to invest in digital yuan (e-CNY) & exchange for US$ during the next Covid instead of toilet paper ;)

            • @taki: I know you're just kidding but I hope no one actually substitutes water for coffee lol like yes coffee is mostly water but I imagine that's not the best way to get your 8 cups a day 🤣

I bought one from AliExpress. It literally fell apart after 2 uses. I wouldn't recommend.

For less than $4 bugger it I’ll try it.

    • +3

      Dont bugger it

    • +1

I'm sure you can get buggers for free if you look around. Unless it means something different these days?

      • They come up for me in the shake and win app

  • +1

These last. They do work, Have had one for maybe 8 years. They are just not that sharp or cut nose and ear hair well. Spend 20 bucks and get a decent paid

  • I just brought the philips one for my old man cost me 40 bucks :D

    • +3

      That will last this won’t

  • +3

Is this exclusively nose, eyebrows, ears, neckline, sideburns? Anything else? Asking for a friend

    • I'd say nose and ears. Anything else you would want something sharper

  • I just pluck my nose hair with my fingers.

    No need to trimmers.

The pop noise is the best sound ever.

    • how about them tears in your eyes?

      • +3

        I welcome the tears.

My eyes needs a clean once in a while.

@SpeedRunnerLink you sir should be unlocking an achievement of some sort with this level of stinginess - 'Bargaining with myself'

    • Could be a problem for those who got fat fingers…unless they happen to have large nostrils as well :)

  • Eyebrows? All off thanks

Electric nose trimmers never do it for me… i've tried 3-4 of them, from $10-50

Good ol scissors does the trick

  • I have something very similar to this. Looks and feels like trash but gets the job done.

  • +3

Careful with this one. Got one last year that looked exactly like this on AliEx and just as cheap, and it broke in less than a week.

  • shaver shop were flogging the Wahl version for $1 at Xmas

  • +2

These are junk. I've gone through two of them as they last 1.5 years at best. They work decent enough about 7-10 times then the electrics just die. It seems like over (short) time, the electrical connections fail probably due to rust, probably because cheap metal used for contacts and sub par soldering.
