SEIKO 5 will also become the official watch partner for the ‘Team 18’ racing team.

2023 LIMITED EDITION- This watch features a black carbon look dial with white and red highlights that have LumiBrite luminescence and a day/date window. The case of the watch is 42.5mm and is made from stainless-steel with a black coating. This watch also features the SUPERCAR logo on the crown. The look of the watch is then finished off with a matching ‘bitumen black’ stainless-steel band. The watch also features an exhibition case back engraved with the limited-edition number out of 2023 models. The watch comes with a presentation box and an additional rubber strap, with a pattern inspired by the ‘wet weather’ tyres and a ‘Supercars’ logo on the keeper.

  • I had a look, and got a popup offering 5% discount for signing up to the newsletter. Would this stack with the code?

    • Unfortunately not, only 1 code can be used per order. The $100 off SUPERCAR23 code is substantially more than the 5% code for this watch.

This will go well with my V8 Holden

I do like the carbon fibre dial and overall colour scheme….but just can't get over the fact that you're basically paying 600-700 for a Seiko 5…

If @Jimothy Wongingtons was here he would say just get a Steeldive SD1970.

I legitimately am in love with the sd1970

And honestly what more can I say when it feels like steeldive does seiko better than seiko haha

as for $600..if i had to throw my money at something it would be SSC813P (been crazy pricing lately) - not today, Deepak!

    • i'd wait for the price drop when the 2024 version gets released

This is pretty expensive for a Seiko 5, LE or not.

  • I think another website offered me this for $500 a few weeks ago, even then I had to turn it down.. 😪

Hardlex crystal. So nope. Btw 22 model is $350 street price. I would go Speedtimer for this money.

    • It depends which one. The SRPJ01K is low $500s, the SRPJ03/5/7K "lesser" versions are the ones that hover around that $350ish price.
