How do you get the loyalty voucher i just msged on the chat saying i wanted to upgrade from s21 to s23 series and they said they didnt have any loyalty codes at this time

What's the go with not sending in the trade-in phone these days? My phone is valued at $1 (cracked back), so only have a $1 security/discount. Seems a shame to send back.
