How many emails are you getting?
A lot. I have multiple accounts for everything and newsletters/promos turned on for them all to avoid missing any promo codes etc. so I get 100+ emails a day and I don’t check them daily.

I recommend reaching out to support, they are still sending them, I had the issue of them not being sent out a few months back and raised a support ticket with them and they resolved the issue, and the vouchers have been sent ever since.
