It's a big phone. With lots of goodies inside

Seems a powerful phone no doubt.
    16gb ram is so tempting
    Any reviews from anyone here?

  • I don't play games and I don't need a new phone
But this is such a deal that I feel bad for missing out…

  • bat phone looks incredibly cool

  • https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/asus-rog-phone-6-devilcas… The case for it is on special as well.

    I'm damn tempted :(

good pick for gaming but mediocre camera specs

    • If you're into portable gaming then you're probably using a Switch or Steamdeck though - phone gaming is a terrible experience compared to actual gaming platforms.

The real value here is the massive specs - it makes an awesome phone 👍

Very tempted, but the longstanding issues with the camera/wifi/power IC bricking are kind of worrying. The reason is speculated to the power delivery section since the ROG 2 days, which I would not be surprised with due to the recent AM5 Asus VSoC overvolt controversy

Who would choose 256GB over 512GB for the same price :)
Anyhow, using my rog 3 phone and still going strong now, no lag or anything

  • Batman Edition is based on Rog Phone 6D meaning that it has the Mediatek Dimensity 9000+ processor while the Diablo Immortal Edition is based on the normal Rog Phone 6 that has the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. Hence the difference in pricing (also RAM and storage).

    • Which one is better?

I've had 3x ROG phones in the past, if you can handle the heft on the pocket (physically in terms of weight and size, at this price actually great vs other flagships), its one of the best phones out there.
Speakers are one of the best, if not the best, in any phone.
Battery is top tier, speed as well.
Cameras are average but good enough for social media.
    Besides that, would recommend

I'm same as you. Had a few rog phones, especially during my pubg mobile addiction phase.

Just bought the rog 7 :D

      • Where did you buy the 7? And how much I cant see it for sale locally yet. Thanks

        • +1

I bought it off AliExpress with the global rom.
Be aware, it will probably be at its root CN version which will make it not fully compatible with aus, and you'll need to do quite a few things to swap it over completely. I'll let you know when it arrives

  • Bad experience with rog 2 phone. Slight drop and screen gone black. Paid 200 again to fix the screen. After one month it's gone again. No warranty.
Online plenty of comments with same issue. So avoiding

  • looks like the diablo pack comes with a charging mat and torch?
