Thanks to the latest Qualcomm® aptX™ Adaptive and AAC audio codecs, the headset incorporates the latest generation 5.2 Bluetooth® connection and always delivers a balanced and well resolved sound, regardless of the device. Thanks to Multipoint, it is possible to establish a Bluetooth® connection with two devices simultaneously.

The microphone can reproduce the user's own voice signal via the earphones using the sidetone function, thus allowing a natural conversation situation during phone calls. In addition, Qualcomm® cVc™ technology (8th generation) reduces disturbing background noise. This guarantees excellent speech audibility, making the Blue BYRD a perfect communication device and companion for private phone calls and business video meetings in the office or on the go.

USB-C Charging as well

    • I have no idea, but the headset is a good price.

BD's bluetooth headphones are probably the best sounding you can get, but beware they feel quite cheap and the software is very basic. That said while they feel less premium, they don't fall apart like Sennheisers do.

    • How's the fit like?

I need something wired for under the helmet as I keep losing all my buds..

I know they're too big to fit under the helmet properly but I have a pair of Soundcore Liberty 3 Pros I just refuse to use as much because I'm worried about losing my expensive set.. 😅

Edit: Grabbed a pair anyway, can't be as bad as the current Kmart ones I'm using that have wingtips which make it hard to get on under the helmet and sometimes feels like it's ripping my piercings out when I take the helmet off.. These look like a better ear profile anyway.

I'm picking up my set tomorrow so can let you know, but yeah have a feeling will be better than the Kmart ones.

Thanks mate. I was worried it'd go OOS quick so I put a delivey order through anyway.

Also worried about how cheap feeling or actually "cheap" they are as I mentioned I want to use it under a helmet (on a motorcycle) so hopefully they hold up a decent while. Kmart ones are built like a tank though, hence my ripping ears.. 🤣

@WasBargain: I just picked mine up and impressed with them, sound wise and build quality. I know some people aren't keen on the sound optimization app thing, but I did it and sounds really good, like a fuller sound if that makes sense.

  • Anyone having issues with the mic? Just picked mine up and mic seems to be very very quiet (people barely hear me), wondering if its just a setting.

    • Mines fine, been using for phone calls and TEAMS call, no issues
