'Anker USB C Charger, 735 AU Plug (Nano II 65W)' deal is for the old model if anyone is wondering. New model is here and it's not on special: https://www.amazon.com.au/Anker-Charger-GaNPrime-Compact-Mac…

    • +6

The new model in white is on special - $74.99 Delivered

    • What's the difference between the old and new model? Is it worth the $15 premium? Accidentally started my prime subscription and am now compelled to get one of these

Anker 65w non GAN charger for $34.99

Feel like buying one of everything on this page.Must control myself.I have too many chargers.

    I returned the GaNPrime 65W.
It does support Samsung super fast charging 45w, but when I connect C2 while C1 is charging, it will reset and recharge the C1 device. And when I'm suing both type c , it will randomly restart charging, for at least one device, which is annoying.
It will happen when my s23u is at 85 percent battery

    • +4

It has to do with re-negotiating power delivery to specific ports.

  • Can anyone confirm if the 735 has insulated pins? It's impossible to tell from the creatively-angled photos.

    • +1

I can confirm they have insulated pins (at least mine did from from this deal)

  • What would be the best charger to charge a MacBook, a phone, headphones (and other such low draw devices).

I'm after the one charger I could use for pretty much everything when I travel. They all don't need to charge at the same time but it's more that I just want to take the one thing

The 735 seems like it would do this but I wanted a few more ports (like maybe 1-2 more USB ports)

    • +1

The Anker 735 (Nano II 65W) is most likely your best option.

However, if your after an additional USB Port, then the Anker 543 Charger (65W II) for $59.99 Delivered is also an option (would require you to carry an additional cable and only a max output of 45W from the USB-C Port.)

      • Thank you!

  • I really want one with multiple plugs so if I travel I can just swap them over.

  • May as well get this 120W Zyron with 3x USB-C and 1x USB-A for $70: https://www.amazon.com.au/Zyron-Powastone-Charger-Adapter-Ma…

    • +1

Do they make something like this but with swappable plugs for different countries?

      • yes I concur, I wonder if a 120W exists thats got different plugs :)

  • So both old and new are "Anker 735".
How do you know which one is old and which one is new?

    • +1

Think the word prime means the newer one.
On the side in pics says gan prime.

      Model number:

      • Anker A2667 (Old)
      • Anker A2668 (New)
  • Other choices also on sale https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B099K6VHK7 65W $34.99 (Prime only)

  • is there any good charger with a minimum of 3x type c ports (prefer 4) and 1x USB?
most importantly it supports fast charging for iPhones and Samsung.
