On Jetstar you’ll need to add a bundle to get status credits and points

Open credit limit and income is all that matters for credit cards. Credit scores are irrelevant.

There’s pretty good redemption availability on Finnair if you have Qantas points. Helsinki is a very easy airport to transit as well.
