If I'd taken an arrow to the knee for every version of Skyrim I've bought from Steam I'd be missing a leg, and yes, Bethedsa did steal my sweet roll.

    12 years???!!! ***** me - feels like just yesterday I was preordering via Scorptec fromthis deal in 2011 when I was still a lurker

    Though I remember many people ended up cancelling as the maps and novels were cancelled last minute…

  The GOG SE is the same as the Bethesda/Steam AE but without the creation club content. Everyone who was forced update to Steam/Bethesda AE with all the associated SKSE dramas is in the same boat as GOG SE. Every mod I used with Steam SE works with GOG SE. SKSE is available for GOG SE.
