    I bought one but I was wondering if there's an advantage getting the touch screen version vs the non-touch? Touch screen seems to have a back-lit keyboard but less ram.

      was wondering the same. I thought touchscreen might have a glossy screen which I hate so just went for the normal one.

      non touchscreen is OOS now anyway so that makes you decision easy.

        Yea there's no real benefit for touch screen on a laptop tbh. There's a reason why Apple don't make touchscreen macbooks due to ergonomics.

    My T480s arrived yesterday. No visible marks/damage, barely noticeable wear on the keyboard etc, OEM 65w charger and all seems to work as expected. Happy customer.

    Hi OP, ordered a T480s from your ebay store a couple of months ago, battery just died. Your ebay store was communicating with me and asked to post the laptop back, which i did.

    They have since gone silent and I am not sure when will i get my laptop back, are you able to assist?

          I just got a reply back to ebay message I sent last night so it's weird they're ghosting you.

          My boy just got given it for his birthday yesterday so I'll have to pry it out of his hands to return for repair, and I'm pretty reluctant to send it back considering your experience.
