Microsoft take note: you're a laughing stock

    • Why is this?

Well you can pay $600ish to upgrade your Xbox by 2tb
Or $440 to upgrade your ps5 by 4tb.

Microsoft even went and banned diy solutions relatively recently (where people bought the exact same drive and an adaptor).

        MS screwing it up, badly.

        • Haha, MS trying an apple. Although admittedly apple is $1000/tb, but $600 (or $300/Tb) from MS is still crazy when you can buy quality fast storage at $100/Tb

  • Any good 2tb deals on Amazon JP? Seeing a lot of 4tb and would love a 2tb for my ps5

    • The 2Tb version of this is also available on Amazon JP for exactly half of this price, $218. That seems pretty decent to me.

    • Amazon US but you can get the 990 Pro 2TB for $265 and buy a heatsink for $10-$15 - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/780997

If that is too much, then a KC3000 for under $200 and get a heatsink @ Amazon AU - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/780545

Both more than enough for PS5.
