Terms and conditions

This promotion is open only to members that receive an invitation email directly from Cashrewards.
To activate and receive the bonus, you must be logged into the Cashrewards account that corresponds to the email account that received the bonus email.
To be eligible for the AUD $5 bonus, you must first activate the promotion on this page, then shop as normal via any active online store* on Cashrewards, excluding any purchase from the Cashrewards Gift Card Page.
After activation, transaction must be made between 8AM AEST 30/05/23 and 11:59PM AEST 30/05/23.
Bonus is eligible on qualifying purchases of AUD $20 or more in a single transaction (inclusive of GST, after any discounts, and before shipping). Sales may report to Cashrewards ex-GST so the amount shown in your account may be less than $20 - you will still be eligible for the bonus.
Bonus will be added automatically to your Cashrewards account as pending upon activation of this offer.
Under some conditions, there may be a delay of up to 60 minutes for the bonus to show in your account. Bonus will be approved within 7 days of any associated qualifying purchase being approved, as per the terms of the store.
Bonus is over and above the advertised store cashback rates which still apply to the transaction.
Transaction is valid if made online via desktop browser, Cashrewards mobile app, Cashrewards Notifier, or mobile browser.

    Still waiting on a reply to my claim for the $15 spend $15 cashback from a boost deal lol.. Shonky crap service I won't go out of my way to bother with again. They make you wait 7 days to even be allowed to submit a claim for a transaction that wasn't tracked properly followed up with a 5 business day reply time. Obviously banking on folk forgetting/not bothering.

      Hi. It was quite easy to find your ticket and acct based on your user ID here. You've only ever made two clicks from your account and both were to Boost Mobile. This screenshot is the reason your purchase did not track. Further, you submitted a ticket just 3 days ago (on Saturday) and will be responded to soon, however I fear that Boost may not pay as the sale would have been attributed elsewhere due to the use of an Adblock. Thanks.

            If i used my code, would i still get the $5 bonus?

              In summary, the item needs to generate a cashback amount to be eligible for the bonus. A code on eBay will stop this happening.

          How so exactly? I'm trying to help by stating what you did wrong and guiding you to please turn off Adblockers (or use the CR app) going forward. Not sure how you expect things to work when you don't follow guidelines. Anyway, I've asked the team to lodge a claim with Boost all the same. Let's hope they can turn this around for you.         Cool you got a page like that for clicks. A question regarding adblockers, mine are disabled for Cashrewards currently and I generally try to pause them for the sites I buy from. Is it only need to disable for the Cashrewards site before clicking through, the website having adblocking enabled doesn't matter?
        Another question about tracking, I am looking at using an adguard DNS to stop ads, would that affect tracking at all?

          You need Adblock disabled from start to end of the entire purchase journey. Best is to have a dedicated browser with no plugins (like Edge) for your cashback purchases. Or better still, use the CR App with wifi off. Using 4G/5G eliminates any possible router & firewall issues.

          And yes, DNS adguard will have the same affect with tracking. Please do not use it for cashback. Thanks.

    Meh. Don't activate this one and you'll be targeted with a $10 in a few weeks. All rates being equal, a good strategy is switch to Shopback, and wait for these from CR.
