  • This for a work keyboard y/n?

I've had a friend who uses this for work. Gotta be honest, if you are not using the function keys that much this might be a desk space saver. Otherwise, consider the bigger ones with more buttons.

loud looks aside, not in this configuration if you work with people. The switches are not just loud but also high pitched

    • I wouldn't use loud clicky switches like what this has for work.

These are blue switches which are loud, high pitched, sharp, clicky switches.. so no. If you're in an office environment, I probably wouldn't use anything other than some quiet linear switches.

      • Thanks fir the feedback, i'll pass :)

      • that's exactly what I want to use in the office, productive shall be noticed by the management.

        • And asserting dominance amongst your peers.

I've been really happy with my Falchion NX 65%, but with brown switches for more quiet couch PC gaming.

Feels solid; a good amount of macros/Fn combos for full sized features, and great battery life, even with LEDs on. The hardcover also fits nicely, and lets you travel with the keyboard without it taking up too much space or being flimsy.

Downsides are that my pinky often hits the side slider while gaming, so I've disabled what I had set as volume control there. Having it a little lower would've avoided mistakes - it doesn't need any pressure as it's capacitive, like a phone screen. Also, at first the range was a bit patchy when it was 3-4M away behind my PC in the TV cabinet, but with a USB extension to get it to the very front corner of the cabinet, it's been working without issue.

Got a JB guy to price match the PCCG MX red for an NX red. He called it out but said it was close enough ;)

89 bucks with perks sign up coupon.. not bad
