      Extra tip - I usually redeem my gift card to my account immediately so I don't have to go digging in my emails for the gift card when I need to buy something.

            @hymio: You're right, but on the other hand, I have multiple Amazon accounts to take advantage of 30 days free prime trial.

            I only join prime 2-3 times a year when the best deal are flying around, i.e. eofy, black friday.
            And Cancel it on the 29th day

I ended up sending them my driver's license, phone bill, bank statement, passport etc. and got back and forth like 10 times…

    Anyone had payment error?

      It happened to me once. It's a holding charge. After a day or two it disappeared. Not a fan of the true rewards system. It's why I usually don't use it unless there's a decent promo.

      If you activated the offer successfully you have a few hours as per deal page to make the purchase. I had to use a different card for this issue.

          The $0.50 represents the 1% cashback on the actual purchase of the $50 GC. The $5 bonus is a totally separate entry. Hope this helps.

    Unobtainable. Tried 3 different cards, 3 different browsers and waited between attemptes. Got "Oops" error everytime.
    Unless the refund happens immediately to free funds, I cant keep using it and hijack my limit/funds.
