  • I'll wait for the 16 in 1 version.

    • I'm hodling for the 9000 in 1

      • +1

If its not over 9,000 i don't want it.

  • I have this and it's a great machine!!

  • Is there a internal thermometer in this model ?

    • +1

Pretty sure that's only the overseas model.

    • That’s the OL750UK model you’re thinking of.

      This is the OL650AU.

I got the 750 on Amazon for $500 a while ago, and it was worth it to me to pay a little extra for the thermometer (does roasts and any other meats!).

But with this 650 model now so cheap, I don’t know if I could justify it. Also, the 750 was $700 when I checked for someone last week.

The 750, in addition to having a thermometer, also has automatic pressure release after pressure cooking. FYI.

  • Anyone tried turning 14 dishes into 1?

  • I regularly make rice in this and yoghurt. both work well.

Air fryer works well, and very easy to clean as the bottom container catches any grease/crumbs wish I can just wash out quickly.

I've done a steam air fry chicken and veggies and it turned out amazing - crispy but still moist.

Slow cooking I've tried once, it didn't seem to get hot enough even on the High setting so I just use my normal slow cooker still.

  • I would avoid Ninja like a plague and even more so their spare parts company in Australia. The warranties are the shortest I've ever seen on any spare parts, they often take months to reply and the parts are often very low quality and will frequently fail again. That also means at times they also don't have spare parts likely as they go through so many. At times they will fail during the warranty period and at others just outside.

I think at this stage it would be better to buy 3rd party non genuine spare parts and deal with those companies warranties, as they're probably better and maybe covered by eBay/Amazon, etc.

  • I recommend Ninja Foodi Devices,

I owned Ninja Foodi Multicooker OP300 (8 in 1 - the previous model) for almost 2 years

then, gave it away to family member and bought the listed item (SmartLid Multi Cooker - OL650)

No regrets, I do not own any other multicookers or pressure cookers, but I can confidently say this is one of the best, if not the best multicooker.

As the another commentor mentioned, the UK model which has upgraded version (OL750UK), only comes with therometer and automatic pressure release, otherwise the item is pretty much the same

I have never needed to use therometer or automatic pressure release so IMO no need to buy the overseas version.

    100% satisified customer.
