I think it's a good deal for the 12-th gen mini PC. 6W TDP might be good for home server (e.g. HAS). Maybe less Ram than the Beelink Mini S12 deal on Aliexpress and not sure about the brand, but I believe Amazon is easier to deal with than Aliexpress, and also same day delivery if you have prime.

N100 is supposed to be better than N5105, but it also depends on other components. For n5105, I think you can get some cheaper on AliExpress

This use Realtek chipset, you better to use Intel chipset for router. Also with this price point, you can get some minipc with Intel 2.5GbE ports for router.
might just need op-realtek-re module depending on what software you plan to use as a router
