LG 27-inch UltraGear QHD OLED Gaming Monitor $1398 + Delivery ($0 C&C/ in-Store) @ Harvey Norman

100

Good price for a decent OLED monitor, but I would suggest to do your own research before purchasing as there have been mixed reviews.

Handle intense, in-game action and see crisp and detailed visuals whenever you play your favourite gaming titles with the LG 27-inch UltraGear QHD OLED Gaming Monitor. Coupled with its 240Hz refresh rate and 0.03ms response time, you have the ideal display setup to immediately take on action-packed moments and clearly see what happens while playing.

wasn't this thing like 16-1700 a few weeks ago? that bad?

Its MSRP is $900 USD, I think it’s just Australian pricing being really bad and it’s coming down to reasonable levels now.

Really should be at $1200 at this point, as it's now thanks to ULMB2 it's no longer class leading for motion resolution, so its key edge is fluid motion as a QHD HDR monitor, and that's blunted by its matte finish up against the Samsung QD-OLED.

    • pretty much like dells one when it came out a year ago, RRP was like $2500 but on sale $1600 within few months
they will peddle the new tech to the dumb that have more $$ then sense first, then dial back the price

wonder how is LG's burn in warranty, was just reading how dota caused burn-in on someone's alienware on reddit

    • TBH Alienware has a long warranty for burn in and the benefit you get from OLED is definitely worth it.
couldn't game on anything else again

  • Wow that's a big crash from launch price of $1700+.

Monitor Unboxed has given it a good rating except the brightness level is too low for gaming or use in a brightly lit room.

    • good rating except the brightness level is too low for gaming

be LG, making a gaming monitor, make it not bright enough for gaming???
