The newest edition in Bellezza is available at Dipacci NOW! The Inizio R V2 machine is the upgraded version of the previous model. This one of a kind machine features a blue manometer - this gauge normally measures the resistance pressure of the espresso grounds in the filter basket when the pump is on. Other features such as the high raised drip tray walls, keep drip / spillage within the designated area. With its range of modes such as eco mode, pre infusion, bar pressure time in seconds settings, app function, water inlet mode and easy to use operation settings it is a sure winner in your home kitchen.

The Inizio R V2 is also equipped with a PID that displays current temperature and is where individual settings are able to be programmed.

      Applying calculations to help answer whether one should buy such a machine is a great idea - and where I need both soy milk and decaf (due to tummy issues), and because a 7-11 machine or staff would only stuff that up, it made sense.

      A more difficult one would be a Breville BES920 dual boiler + Smart Grinder Pro (~$1,200 current OzB prices) and $2,700 left over for really good beans from Lime Blue, Airjo etc…

        We didn't go completely nuts in terms of unjustifiable cost, and bought a Lelit Elizabeth v3 for about $2300, while keeping our Smart Grinder Pros.

        Since then, enjoying good beans etc, one does stop calculating - and we bought a couple of Eureka Mignon XL grinders.

        Interestingly, Breville have since bought Lelit to potentially become their prosumer brand.

    ….also looking for a grinder …budget 1-2K? ….maybe also thinking of roasting my beans….any recommendations on a quality commercial grade roaster?

      I guess it would be ok as your first machine but simply upgrade to something else if its not good enough. Dual boiler apparently.

      The website says made in Italy but also mentions manufacturers plural; so since they don't proudly say specifically where it is made one has to have doubts.
