WHSmith are the worst. They only sell to captive audiences and charge extortionate prices for sandwiches in hospitals.
As consumers we can choose not to buy. I'd rather go hungry than pay $3+ for Kit Kat.
Same reason I have never bought any food/drink from the budget airlines. Always bring my own food on board.
