  Any good in general? Looking to replace my RainBird where the wifi always drops so I've got a power socket that power cycles twice a day just so I can keep it on wifi!

    The Wi-Fi hub and the integrated wi-fi tap timer are using WBR3S chip for Wi-Fi.

  Does the smart tap timer need the hub to function or can it connect directly to the Tuya app?

    If you need a tap timer that works on wi-fi without any additional hub then you can have look at our
