      Easier for you. They want people to use the app. They want you to allow it permissions to your phone's metadata. "If something is free, you are the product" etc etc

      nope, I go to the one that has a better price…next couple of suburbs along for me….they match the 7/11 across the road. I'll also wait till closer to the 27th for the petrol prices to ease off a bit too and to make sure the tank level is lower, to max the amount saved. Plus we have Origin and we get another 4c off a litre with that as well….and I use discounted Wish gift cards to pay too lol

          but with the 4c off, plus 4c off through Origin + discounted gift cards, it does make a difference, and all the ones anywhere near me are always more expensive than the ones a little further away, plus that is where the WW EG one is that has unleaded 91….all the other WW EG nearer to me only have the e10 and premium

    yes, saw this message from the app today. I will also add my 4c off a litre discount through Origin as well. Will try to do it as close to 27th as possible to maximise the amount of petrol to fill up and hopefully the petrol cost will go down a bit by then

      The fuel discount offer in this deal is an EG Club discount offer, and people have not been able to stack it with the Origin Energy discount offer (an EG partner discount) in the past.

      You should only be able to stack two other types of fuel discount offers with this offer:

      • Woolworths fuel discount offer (which is a 4c/L discount on mainland Australia, and a 6c/L discount in Tasmania)
      • Instore spend offer (spend $5 or more instore on eligible items, save 4c/L)

      However, you can always give it a try stacking the Origin Energy offer with the EG Club offer and let us know how you go.

      The good news is that EG Ampol is nice enough to let you use these fuel discount offers in conjunction with the redemption of gift cards issued by Woolworths Group, as well as AmpolCash physical gift cards. Not all Ampol franchisees let you stack fuel discount offers with gift card redemptions, so make sure to stack the savings if you are going to take advantage of this offer!

      I would say no.

      There are three different types of fuel discounts you can access at EG Ampol one of each of these in the same transaction:

      1. Woolworths fuel vouchers: these give you a 4c/L discount. (NOTE: at Tasmanian EG locations, you will get an additional 2c/L discount when redeeming a Woolworths fuel voucher.)

      2. EG Club or Partner discounts: these give you a 4c/L, 5c/L or 6c/L discount, but these discounts are generally can only be used once or once per day.

      3. Spend instore offer: this gives you a 4c/L discount if you spend $5 or more on eligible items in the convenience store.

      The checkout will not let you stack an EG Club discount with an Origin Energy discount, which makes me think you cannot stack any EG Club or Partner discounts together in the same transaction (e.g. RACV + EG Club).

      You could always give it a try and let us know how you go.

    its never going to be cheap enough to be honest, I predect it will just get worse we may even see 3 dollars a litre by next year. If you can afford it get an ev and pay nothing for energy, there are so many free chargers across Queensland. The day I stoped filling up with fuel was the best day of my life.

        never payed a cent for electricity since I got an ev always charged at my local shoping center once a week and its always been free. So if you know where the free chargers are then no you don't pay for electricity. They said it would never go over 2 dollars too but it has done that a few times.

            @Poor Ass: nope not in Queensland there isn't you can be there all day if you want i usually leave it there about 3 hours do my food shopping go to the gym and have lunch by the time i do all that its all charged. But yeah most shoping centers have no limit and most offer free charging.

            @Poor Ass: not sure if you know much about queensland suburbs but the one i go to has tesla 32 amp chargers at the hyperdome but there are many free chargefox chargers at many coles outlets too. 3 months of FREE charging the savings are 100% vs fuel for me and many others.

                @Poor Ass: the tesla AC 32amp chargers are free the tesla DC super chargers are not. Queensland as far as I know is the only state that does this. other states seems to charge

                    @Poor Ass: not for tesla chargers it just knows you have a tesla, chargefox yes you need the chargefox app, download the plug share app tells you all the free charges and paid chargers.

                  @kungfuman: SA has free Tesla Destination "chargers' as a well. Technically they aren't chargers, they are just fancy 240v outlets. As long as you apply a positive 8.2v to the CP (com line), then 240v becomes accessible. 8.2v is the "Tesla connected" signal. So anything can get power out of a Destination charger. Ie. All electric cars, or just a normal power point if you want. But Tesla Superchargers (which are DC chargers) are at a cost.

    I have the 10cent and 4 cent showing but not sure if both are picked up as the app says which discount do you want to use ?

      I received 3 x 5c vouchers instead of the 10c voucher. I was able to apply both the 5c and the Everyday Rewards 4c voucher while paying in the app - you can select both on the payment screen (though it looks like you can't also select the Origin 4c voucher though as it's through a separate app). From the payment screen in the app you can even opt to pay in store, there's a separate button for it so there's no risk of losing any discount.

        Cool, so you can chose pay in store and get a receipt printed.

        This is the annoying part of the BP app. If you pay via the app, then you can't get a receipt in-store and you have to print the receipt (which isnt printer friendly) from an email.

      First i chose the 10 cent coupon
      then added woolies 4 cent

      Paid via the app as i had set up a MasterCard giftcard earlier, thought it might glitch but went thru fine 👍
