I have only used EatClub for their discounts where it is applied upon paying the establishment (dine in).
So you can opt to pay EatClub instead for dine in? Sorry late to this party.
For dine in, you have to have use Eatclub Pay when you pay the restaurant which uses the near field communications of apple pay, google pay or Samsung pay via your phone. There is no need to ask for the Eatclub discount. when you tap your Eatclub card your linked card is charged the discounted amount, not the prediscount amount the restaurant is charging. You use the code when you make a booking when it asks for your time of arrival and number of persons.

Also can 6 people at a table use one eatclub voucher? And how Do you pay when dining in?

No maximum/cap I don't think.
When you book an offer there's a prompt on number of persons- can't remember but max 8? Might dependd on the venue as well.
Once you complete booking (if dining in), just rock up at venue, then pay with your linked eatclub card. They say you don't have to disclose that you're paying with EatClub but the venue should/would know based on your initial booking (name and no of people).
FYI the bill shows the full amount but your linked card will be charged the discounted amount.

Great Craze, but how do you get an EatClub card?
I recall when they first introduced this feature (EatClub card) it was prompted as you launched the app, especially if you created a new account. Otherwise, suggest you go to your profile->view payment methods and hopefully that triggers the instructions on setup.
