Something to note with online shopping from Superdry is returns are NOT free. If you know your sizes than it's ok I guess. I don't have any stores close to me where I can try on their products to figure out which sizes are the best for me. Placed an online order once in 2022 and had to pay for return postage. Have stayed away from them since then.

Thanks for the heads up. Good to be aware of this.

      Return to the store then.

Takes me around an hour to go to the nearest store…..not doing that. If I was to go to a store, I'd rather buy directly from the store than online. It's 2023 and even places like Bonds offer free returns! My wallet will go super dry trying to figure out the sizes of summer and winter stuff 😁

Bought a waterproof jacket, it started fallen apart after 1 year. Terrible quality.

I guess that means it's no longer waterproof … and you're no longer … SuperDry …

Sorry, I'll let myself out …

      • The raincoat is now…

        SuperDryProof!

        He'll never be dry again!

  • Grabbed some pants thanks

  • How this brand is still around and G-Star isn’t is beyond me.

    • they stopped doing discounts lol…it used be super cheap in dfo too.

      • That’s exactly the problem, they started doing discounts and offered it to plebs who couldn’t afford it at full price in DFO. Instead of sending unsold clothes back to the Netherlands like what used to happen when head office owned it, the private owners tarnished the brand image.

  • Ah yes it indeed makes the girls…

Anyone else feel SuperDry and Gstar lost their soul? their quality seems on par with Cotton on and Kmart…

    • +2

That’s what happens when you sell your brand to a private owner that has no idea how to run a business. G-Star was originally owned by G-Star RAW C.V. when it came to Australian shores, back when it was considered a trendy brand that not everyone could afford. Once it went to private hands, the brand turned to shit and could be found at DFO. When a brand goes to DFO, it attracts a certain ethnicity and loses its image. I used to be close with the Doncaster store manager Toby and he told me everything about its gradual demise. You bell-ends can neg me all you like but the truth hurts sometimes. I still purchase direct from Netherlands and it’s just as good as it ever was, if not better. DJ’s carry a small amount of stock, it isn’t great but it’s better than nothing. Oh well, at least it wont attract anymore plebs.

Seems? There's no way that's true. I've got Superdry jackets, a couple of tops and their sportswear.. it's far, far superior to the Cotton On trash. Taste comes down to the individual, quality from SD is still really good IMO.
