North Shore of Sydney, like north of chatswood. I have seen delivery drivers in chatswood itself but never much past there.
Chatswood is within service range for sure. As for North Shore of Sydney, it would be a little tricky: some surburbs are within (like Willoughby, Ryde) while some are not (like mosman). One way to check is that you could download the app and open the location access: if your area is within service, then all the available merchants will pop up. If nothing shows up, then you don't have to register. However you are more than welcomed to use the app if you visit other part of Sydney from time to time. It gives an exclusive discount on pick up orders (some merchants up to 60% off).

May I ask whether you have used Easi before? Since HungryPanda purchased Easi last year, the Easi clients are recognized as "existing customers" as well even if it's your first time actually using HungryPanda.
