  • Have this for about 4 months now. Mainly use it in the bedroom pointing up at the ceiling. Great picture and speaker quality at night, not so much in day time (for obvious reasons).

One downside is that it needs to always be plugged in.

  • $799 from Samsung store, maybe can ask for discount.

The Freestyle should work with any USB-C powerbank that outputs 50W at 20V.

I wonder if this would be good on the train or would there be too much light?
I have a Megaboom 3 and it would make the experience better if I could get a bigger picture than on my phone.

Project it on the head of the bald guy sitting in front of you.

      • Oh, I just read reviews. It seems that this projector is comparable to a 100 ANSI lumen projector, so is only good for night use…

is comparable to a 100 ANSI lumen projector,

Their demo in store only project within 12" XD

Just stick black plastic sheet over the windows of the train carriage to keep the sunlight out.

  • I got one given to me from work. It's ok, but as with a lot of Samsung things the operating system is slow and clunky. It's more bearable with a Chromecast plugged in. You'd expect more with that kind of dime.

You'll also need a well sized battery pack with PD.
