How would these compare with Deco M5? Have 2x Deco M5 and considering upgrading for better/more consistent speeds.

  m5 is AC1300 (WiFi 5, 1300 speed across all bands)
  
  this is AX1800 (WiFi 6, 1800 speed across all bands)
  
  I like this model as it allows to run the satellite with wired backhaul (powerline in my case). solid connection throughout the house
  
  I prefer that to wireless mesh, where satellite us linked wirelessly
  
  I have replaced another AX1800 with this, and I notice how heavy these units are. heavy means reliable if you remember Snatch
